Quote & Reservation Rules
Please read these rules before requesting a quote. Cactus Emporumm works with live plants, limited inventory, changing availability, and quote-based sales.
Before You Request a Quote
All plants are sold as ornamental collector plants only.
Cactus Emporumm is a small San Pedro farm. Availability can change quickly, and some plants may be held back as mother plants unless a premium quote is agreed upon.
A quote is not a reservation. No plant is held, cut, packed, boxed, or removed from availability
until a deposit or full payment has been received and accepted.
Shop Rules
- All plants are sold as ornamental plants only.
- All sales are quote-based unless a plant is clearly marked with a fixed price.
- Quotes are valid for 48 hours only.
- A quote is not a reservation.
- No plant is held, cut, packed, boxed, or removed from availability without a deposit or full payment.
- Shipping is quoted separately and may change until paid and the label is purchased.
- All cuttings require payment first, then at least two weeks to callus before shipment. No exceptions.
- Whole potted plants require a special quote.
- Mother plants, rare genetics, grafts, and low-stock plants are premium-priced.
- Deposits become non-refundable once cutting, prep, packing, or holding begins.
- Weather, plant condition, shipping risk, or destination issues may delay or prevent shipment.
- Buyers are responsible for correct address, timely pickup, and proper plant care after delivery or pickup.
- Seller is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, weather exposure, incorrect address, missed delivery, or damage caused after delivery or pickup.
Deposits, Holds & Availability
Interest in a plant does not remove it from availability. Conversation is not a sale, and a quote does not create a hold.
A plant is only reserved after an agreed deposit or full payment has been received and accepted. Deposit amount may depend on the quoted price, plant type, availability, and amount of work needed to prepare the plant.
Once cutting, prep, packing, or holding begins, deposits become non-refundable.
Pickup, Shipping & Cuttings
Shipping by Quote
Shipping is generally available, but it is quoted separately and confirmed through the quote process. Final shipping depends on plant size, destination, packing needs, weather, and carrier limitations.
Callus Time Required
Cuttings require payment first and at least two weeks to callus before shipment. Larger cuts, humidity, weather, or plant condition may require more time.
Payment Status
Accepted payment methods are confirmed during the quote process. Cactus Emporumm is working toward more payment options, but every sale must be confirmed before any plant is reserved, cut, packed, boxed, or shipped.
Payment or deposit must be received and accepted before a plant is reserved or prepared.
